Tess & Tanner’s Vaudeville Wedding in Fredericksburg

This might be one of the most adorable “how did you meet” stories I have ever heard.   At a lake hotel, Tanner goes down the hall and knocks on a door to tell his buddy he’d better be ready to go fishing.  But it was the wrong door, instead Tess answered, confused but amused.  She jokingly responded yes – that she was ready to go fishing – so they DID!   For hours.  Talking and flirting and finding in each other the kind of love they would later decide was worthy of a lifetime vow.

SO AWESOME!

Tim McGraw might sing about “Don’t Take the Girl” on a fishing trip, I think Tanner would say – I DO!
